The Voice of the Forest

Description

I invite you to discover the dense forest of the “Hija Cambada”-path in Anaga with all your senses. Connect to this magnificent environment through breath work (Pranayama), techniques from Japanese forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku), meditation and an interpretation of the environment, in both, a scientific and spiritual way.

The "Hija Cambada"-path (close to Cruz del Carmen) is 2,5 kilometers long and has an altitude difference of approximately 60 meters and a medium difficulty. We will take our time and dedicate 3 full hours to this path. In this way we can experience and enjoy the sorrounding in the best way. We become subtle and listen attentively. Will we be able to perceive the voice of the forest?

Dates, group size and price

Mondays at 10:00 am. Group size 2 - 12 people. Price per person: 65 € (transport not included). A minimum of 2 people is required in order to execute the activity

A grounding Conscious Walk

Growing roots 

Description

In this Conscious Walk we enter a stunning laurel forest. During 3,5 hours and on 2,6 km we will get to know meditation tools, breathwork (Pranayama), forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) y yoga therapy (Yoga Chikitsa) which will help to ground us profoundly. It's a fantastic way to balance the body which is exposed to so many stressing stimuli and time pressure that can cause stress every day.  Let's grow roots to find peace and harmony in our interior.

Meditation in the forest

Relaxation, Refuge and Reconnection

Description

Meditating in the middle of the forest wiill enable us to reconnect to nature. It offers refuge, far away from the city, and helps us to relax.
